Why Focus?

We are expected to pay attention, but have we ever learned how to do so effectively?

We teach students how to convert abstract concepts (Focus) to a powerful skill by practicing mindfulness with hands-on application and reward.

My brain is a computer?

Focus becomes a Power Tool – Mindfulness in Action!

Young remote viewer's training in Focus class:

“Scientists have recently determined that it takes approximately 400 repetitions to create a new synapse in the brain – unless it is done with play, in which case, it takes between 10 and 20 repetitions!”
