Sonya El Debssi is a longtime mindfulness educator and creator.
Sonya is creator of The Focus Game, a remote viewer’s board game. She spent 14+ years as Mindfulness Educator and Program Director for a small private school, successfully teaching mindfulness and neuroscience to students ages 3 – 14. She has also worked as Education Director, Interim Head of School, as well as Marketing Director and Multimedia Specialist.
In 2018, she spent a year managing the Seattle Blu Room before she decided to return to the countryside area and continue her work with children.
